We have something for everyone at Metta, our classes are suitable to all levels. The goal; get people to move and sweat and then ground and zen out. Using breath as the avenue to connect the mind to the body. All classes are hot (except Pre-natal, Kid’s and Teen classes). Minimum age to attend all hot classes is 14 years old.

This class will get you moving! A fun and challenging flow class where postures are linked fluidly with breath.
Take it to the next level! Each class is unique, exploring layered sequencing to deepen your breath and challenge your practice.
Take it down a notch! Long, deep and supported holds to relax and restore, decompress joints and work through tension to improve mobility.
Balance yourself out with the best of both worlds! The first part of class brings a focus of breath, strength and flexibility; part two relax and restore with yin.
A limited time offer, available only when teachers are fresh from training! A reduced-fee metta class led by a teacher-in-training. Check online for updates. Option: pay either reduced rate or use your class pass.
