Our last Kid’s Yoga class of 2024 will be this Sunday Dec. 22. We offer amazing 1 hour kids yoga classes that provide a fun and safe environment for your child to develop self-awareness, creative expression and a strong sense of community. A free, inclusive, community driven yoga practice. Join us to learn the rocket 3 sequence every last Friday of the month. We will encourage a predominately self led practice with limited instruction. WHERE: Metta Yoga Edmonton South INVESTMENT: FREE
Deepen your practice and get free yoga. We are currently looking individuals for both locations to join our sweat exchange program. Commit to 4 hours per week to help around the studio in exchange for unlimited yoga.

We have something for everyone at Metta, whether you join us in-studio or online, our classes are suitable to all levels. The goal; get people to move and sweat and then ground and zen out. Using breath as the avenue to connect the mind to the body. All classes are hot with the exception of Pre-natal, Kid’s Yoga and Baby and Me classes. Minimum age to attend all hot classes is 14 years old.
We have been building an incredible online variety packed library of over 50 pre-recorded yoga classes. Classes include: Metta, Flow, Powerflow, Yin, Wall Yin, Yang/Yin, Kids Yoga, Nidra, Meditation, Yoga for Golfers, Guided Savasana and more added each week!
Metta
A class for everyone! An all levels hot yoga class balanced with breath, strength, and flexibility.
Flow
This class will get you moving! A fun and challenging hot flow class where postures are linked fluidly with breath.
Power Flow
Take it to the next level! This hot yoga class is unique, exploring layered sequencing to deepen your breath and challenge your practice.
Yin
Take it down a notch! Long, deep and supported holds to relax and restore, decompress joints and work through tension to improve mobility in this hot yin yoga practice.
Yang/Yin
Balance yourself out with the best of both worlds with this hot yoga practice! The first part of class brings a focus of breath, strength and flexibility; part two relax and restore with yin.
Community
A limited time offer, available only when teachers are fresh from training! A reduced-fee hot metta class led by a teacher-in-training. Check online for updates. Option: pay either reduced rate or use your class pass.
Karma
Give back with us! A Friday night, by donation hot metta class where all funds go to our local charity of the month. First come first serve
Prenatal
Strengthen and energize your body, explore postures and pranayama to ease the common discomforts of pregnancy, and nurture your connection with your baby and your changing body. Classes are perfect for all stages of pregnancy.
Kids Yoga
Ages 4 - 7 yrs old & 8 - 13 yrs old

Baby + Me
Enjoy this 6-week yoga session to reconnect to yourself through mindfulness and movement. Each week we will prioritize building strength and mindfulness within your postpartum body, as well as connect with your baby through music and poses.
